CFT is a gentle form of bodywork which works to bring the body back to balance by using gentle, sustained pressure to unwind whole body fascial strain. CFT promotes relaxation through the body’s fascial and nervous system, and optimizes your body's natural healing abilities. It is my belief that we were designed perfectly, and given the right conditions, our body has the infinite capacity to heal itself. My goal is to empower you, help you become in tune with your body, and simply be the facilitator in your own healing.
